    Excellent customer service & product quality aligned to description

    The ring sizing was exteneely accurate. I've found ordering signet rings from other company's the sizing is sometimes way off, however Crooked Howlet have ensured their sizing of rings remain accurate.

    The ring/product itself exceeded expectations. The packaging was exceptional and the product has remained in expected condition since purchase. Very happy with the product and service

    Quality jewlery

    This is a very nicely crafted piece of jewlery,only slightly too big and falls off my finger unfortunately. Also cant be resized due to oxidization.

    Thanks for the feedback!

    We do actually give free resizes on all of our orders. Every design is able to be resized. So if you can help me understand a little more about the situation, then I can help out. Do you mean it was unable to be resized as you'd worn it for a period of time? If this is the case, the we can still resize, however we just charge a small resize fee (AUD$50) and actually completely remake the ring for you in the new size :)

    We do encourage customers to check the sizer thoroughly when they first receive it and if any issues, we can resize it free of charge.
