The 2023, Monthly Exclusive Collaboration, Nick Potts x Howlet, Playing Cards.
Only 500 pieces released. Each individually numbered.
Design Specifications
- 52 Standard Deck, with 2 jokers.
Produced by LPCC, Viper Finish.
Like running your hands over the scales of a snake, VIPER FINISH™ is named for the unique silky feel with a smooth, dry, yet slippery texture. This custom Legends card stock is the goldilocks of feel, handling, and durability.
VIPER FINISH™ is very thin, and highly resistant to changes in humidity. This aids magic techniques like breather crimps and helps prevent doubles visibly warping along the short ends of the deck. Additionally, they are more durable and resist that 'pop' in the deck when you fly or travel to a dry climate, or conversely, that soggy feeling standard decks get in humid climates like Singapore or Hong Kong. A truly new feeling card stock like nothing else on the market.
ABOUT
LPCC, is a publisher of very high quality playing cards. Along with the United States Playing Card Company, they have to be considered as one of the industry leaders in producing custom playing cards, and the decks of playing cards they produce arguably even surpasses the quality of their more well-known and larger rival.
"The Legend's coating was created to produce a slip factor that isn’t too slick as to make shuffling difficult, yet easy to spread between the hands. This coating also improves as the cards are handled, a rare quality reminiscent of Jerry’s Nugget’s, which sell for over $300 per deck."
*Collectable Deck
Only 500 pieces released. Each individually numbered.
- The cards are from the artwork of the 2023 Monthly Exclusive Collaboration, as well as well the number cards.
- As the cards are made by LPCC, the playing card quality is unmatched. However the artwork for the cards was designed for the signet ring collection and therefore not optimised visually for high-level card playing.
- The artwork will have the suits and numbers not situated for the ideal viewing when playing traditional games. For example, due to the signet designs, we use the 'K' of the King in the Centre of the card and the 'Q' of the Queen on the right.
We envision this deck to be a collectible, with the amazing artwork by Nick Potts, to be appreciated in the visual form outside of the jewellery designs.
