Surface finish (texture)
Sorry to bother you. This ring as delivered is different from the ring as pictured at the Howlet home web page. The website image depicting the ring shows a finely granulated surface with long, thin lines (striations) for a buffed appearance (texture) on the visible face of the ring. The ring as received has a cratered surface on the visible face of the ring. (Photo below on left is at website. Photo below on right is as received. Please note the contrast.) Dan M, customer.
