All our rings can be resized!

If the ring is new and unworn, it is covered by the Perfect Fit Guarantee, see below;

RESIZING

**Please make sure when you are requesting a resize, you know your exact size. 1 resize offered per product.

Exchange 

As each piece is individually Made-to-Order, we ask customers to be careful when choosing the designs and size. However, if you were unhappy with the order and wish to exchange for a different design in the same size, we will honour an exchange of the item within the 7 days of receiving the order. Please get in touch within this 7 day period and we'll organise the ring exchange. 

Along with our Exchange & Returns policy, we do take very seriously the customers satisfaction and we are dedicated to making sure every customers leaves every order happy with their CHD piece. So please let us know anything we can do to help! 

Custom Pieces & Custimisations

Unless due to defects, custom pieces & customised rings cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your ring size is confirmed prior to ordering.

Lifetime Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

Crooked Howlet Designs stands behind the exceptional quality of our jewellery. Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that every piece is free from manufacturing defects and meets our rigorous standards of craftsmanship at the time of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at jane@crookedhowletdesigns.com with your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase. We will promptly assess the item and, if deemed defective, repair or replace it at our discretion, subject to applicable laws.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser’s lifetime, starting from the date of purchase from an authorized Crooked Howlet Designs retailer.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper use, carelessness (e.g., knocks, dents, crushing), or accidents.

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Aesthetic changes from normal wear and tear or aging (e.g., minor scratches, Sterling Silver tarnish).

  • Damage caused by fire, water, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes), or other external forces.

Returns for Defects

To protect Crooked Howlet Designs and ensure fairness, returns for manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. Late claims or returns prompted by a change of mind will not be accepted under this warranty.

Damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and alteration of the colour such as Sterling Silver tarnish etc. and or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake.
