    LOVE THE RING. BUT NOT THE WAIT!

    Absolutely LOVE the ‘Legacy Band’. Beautiful in every way and fits my partner perfectly. BUT the wait for the ring took well over a month. And we found ourselves chasing Crooked Howlet for any update on where the ring was in its process of being created.

    We are keen to buy another, but are reluctant due to the wait time we experienced.

    We hear you Shaynon! Truly do.
    This has been our single focus over the last two years, trying to handle the order volume.

    Keeping production in-studio under the CHD roof, is a double edge sword. On one hand, we are able to maintain a very high quality standard, however our turnaround times have suffered in the past. Our small team of jewellers are coming out off the back of a few hard fought years always chasing their tale - but we're super happy to have onboarded new team members and a few slick new systems that are going to be drastically improving our turnaround times.

    Really appreciate your feedback and please know that next time you consider us, we'll have ironed out those (very annoying) creases :)
