Are your pieces really limited?

Yes. Each drop is released in limited quantities or as a one-day exclusive. Once sold out, they’re never reproduced.

I'd like a different stone in one of your designs!

No problem, we'd love to source that for you! In most of our designs, this is possible. Forward us your thoughts on the new stone you'd like and we can work together to source the perfect stone.  Please email us at Jane@crookedhowletdesigns.com and we will do our best to make the perfect ring for you. 

What does the packaging look like? Is it a nice box?

Oooh yes, it is! One thing we pride ourselves the most in, is imbuing the sense of individual significance of your made to order design. See our "Packaging Concept" video in the Help Centre

Once my order is complete, how long is shipping?

Once your unique piece has finished production, we pack and ship it to you as fast as possible. Domestically we use AusPost Express which can be anywhere from 1-5 days delivery. For international, we use whatever reliable express carrier gets the product to you the fastest way possible. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need to change the delivery address for your order.

Where are you based?

We are based in Surry Hills, Sydney, Australia. 

Can I order a smaller or larger size than listed on the product page?

No problem at all! Most of our designs can be custom sized to any finger size you need. Just forward us a request to below and we'll give you a quote;  jane@crookedhowletdesigns.com

Can I get one of your designs in a different metal?

Yes, absolutely! We can cast any of our designs in any metal you need. From Sterling Silver, 9ct/14ct/18ct Yellow, White or Rose Gold - right through to Platinum. Just forward us a request to below and we'll give you a quote; jane@crookedhowletdesigns.com
