Every design begins with hand-sketched concepts and wax models before being lost-wax cast in solid silver or gold.

STEP 2

Polish & Hallmark

Once cooled, each piece is shaped, polished, and hallmarked for authenticity in our Sydney workshop.

STEP 3

Archive & Deliver

The finished ring is logged in the Howlet Ring Library and shipped directly from our bench to your door

Are your pieces really limited?

Yes. Each drop is released in limited quantities or as a one-day exclusive. Once sold out, they’re never reproduced.

How long does production take?

We hold stock on hand and those pieces ship within 2-3 days.If the piece is out of stock, then it becomes Made To Order.This made to order production generally takes up to 40-50 days currently, as we are experiencing delays due to high volume during this period. We appreciate your patience! Production of our pieces generally takes 30 days + shipping. Keep in mind these are not mass produced designs and made with a high degree of care and detail. We do sometimes have stock on hand so feel free to ask! Otherwise it is made to order.

Do you do engravings?

Yes, on the majority of our designs, we can offer engravings. This needs to be organised prior to placing an order, therefore forward us an email with the details to the email below.Make sure to include; what design you need engraved, the specifics of the engraving and any style or fonts that you had in mind. Does your Jewellery come with a warranty?

Every piece produced at Crooked Howlet Designs, is covered under the CHD Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorised Crooked Howlet Designs retailer and subject to applicable laws.

I received my order and need a resize!

You will have received a Howlet Finger Sizer with your order. Size your finger as per the instructions on the packet. 2. Go through the form below to set up the return. 3. Post it back to our address, then sit back and wait for the snug fitting ring to be remade and shipped back out. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide. There can be minor delays or inabilities to ship to certain countries due to reasons such as tariffs and border closures so feel free to ask us if you have any questions.
